Physical Wellness- Having Rheumatoid Arthritis can be very exhausting on some days when the pain more than other days. I meditate to bring down my stress level and this helps with the pain. Gentle exercises also help and get me energised again.
Mental Wellness - I am an overthinker and I often want to do many things at the same time, which I realised the hard way that it only causes stress and frustration when things do not go the way I want it to. So, I remind myself to do one thing at a time, focus, get it done which gives me great satisfaction then I move onto the next. One step at a time.
Emotional Wellness- Being and Empath and a Cancerian is exhausting because I feel first, and I realised that I was absorbing rather than observing. There are good and bad energies and once I taught myself how to manage this, it becomes much easier for me to control my emotions. Now when something does not feel right, I know to distance myself from it.
