- Physical Wellness: I'm learning to listen more closely to what my body needs, and right now, that means staying hydrated and treating movement as a form of self-respect, not punishment. Simple acts like drinking more water, stretching between tasks, or stepping outside for fresh air have become small rituals that gently refuel me.
- Emotional Wellness: I’m becoming more intentional about how I respond, especially in moments when I feel stretched or triggered. Whether it’s in tough conversations or unexpected emotions, my aim is to meet myself and others with patience, softness, and curiosity, especially in the spaces where I used to react from habit.
- Spiritual Wellness: My peace lives in my quiet practices, meditation, prayer, stillness. Staying spiritually grounded helps me move through life with more clarity and less chaos. Even when routines fall apart, I’m learning to return to that anchor, again and again.
- Intellectual Wellness: I feel most mentally alive when I’m building, learning, or teaching. Designing workshops and training sessions for my clients challenges me in the best way, inviting me to grow while also holding space for others to do the same.
- Environmental Wellness: I’m realising how much my space reflects my state of mind. Keeping my environment clean and intentional, lighting a candle, clearing my desk, making the bed, it isn’t about perfection, but about creating space for focus, calm, and creative flow.
