I would like to start taking daily walks again. I live in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking the ocean. The fresh ocean air gives me a boost of energy and I would like to start this practice again. I will commit to including at least a 15 minute walk as a break from my desk in the course of the day. I will also look into other mindfulness practices that I might not be aware of.....oh there's always body weight exercises which I could take up again - this will allow me to get in some meaningful exercise into my day. I have also been curious about taking my yoga mat to the beach with me in the mornings......Lets start with the 15 minute walks and take it from there!
