As part of my effort to disconnect and create more balance in my life, I’m working on restarting my Tai Chi practice—something I used to do regularly and found incredibly grounding. My goal is to dedicate 30 minutes each morning to Tai Chi to help center myself for the day ahead. In the evenings, I aim to spend another 30 minutes reading books that promote calmness and mindfulness, creating a routine that supports both mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Well being update physically to hit the gym walking by my self or with the dogg emotional well being reading and conversation that help buid up spiritually going to church and prayers with the prayer group
