My personal resilience roadmap is that i have identified that at times i feel a bit stuck and have to re-think on how to move forward. I have a overload of thoughts going through my mind and i have to figure out how to move forward. I sometime have a dejavu moment where I feel the same happens to me over and over again. I force myself into reflecting and identifying how I was able to move foreward.
My action plan is that I have to force myself to practice mindset shifts. Set boundaries for myself to not get carried away and bring myself back to present.
One habit to strengthen my emotional and mental wellbeing is to daily reflect and journal my day. Practice gratitude is a good source for my mental well being.
