For many years, success for me meant, besides financial abundance, was getting as many people to like me, and by doing whatever it took to impress them, even changing who I was as a person. I admired people who has a large social circle, however as time passed by, I began to realise that it was not about quantity, but quality of the people in my life. I realised that compromising who I was for someone who didn't match my energy or shared my values, ethics and mentality was killing my very soul and I made a decision then to be true to who I was, and I chose who I wanted in my life and don't need validation from others. Success for me now is meaningful, wholesome relationships with people I align with, empathetic, kind, motivated, and supportive people who can reciprocate the everything I have to offer. Success is about being happy, fulfilled, feeling a sense of peace and authenticity. I am blessed, humbled and honoured to have a small group of real friends who epitomize what a good human should be.
