A new mindfulness practice

Recently I have been stepping my mindful practice up a notch.  I usually clear my mind from thoughts of work or pending tasks.  Lately I have been focusing my downtime with imagery of my future self - in a greater effort to embody my future self.   

I have run this idea thro AI to better articulate this practice which i have found to be extremely impactful. 

1. Embody Through Sensory Imagination (While Doing Tasks)

During simple tasks, become your future self in your mind and body:

  • Imagine how your future self moves—confident, graceful, intentional. Let your body match that energy.

  • Feel the environment you desire: the sounds, scents, the tone of conversations around you.

  • Think like her—what’s on her mind? What is she grateful for? What decision is she making with ease?

  • Speak as her—mentally affirm things like, “This is the life I created with vision and faith,” or “I choose joy, even in the small moments.”
