Recently I have been stepping my mindful practice up a notch. I usually clear my mind from thoughts of work or pending tasks. Lately I have been focusing my downtime with imagery of my future self - in a greater effort to embody my future self.
I have run this idea thro AI to better articulate this practice which i have found to be extremely impactful.
1. Embody Through Sensory Imagination (While Doing Tasks)
During simple tasks, become your future self in your mind and body:

Imagine how your future self moves—confident, graceful, intentional. Let your body match that energy.

Feel the environment you desire: the sounds, scents, the tone of conversations around you.

Think like her—what’s on her mind? What is she grateful for? What decision is she making with ease?

Speak as her—mentally affirm things like, “This is the life I created with vision and faith,” or “I choose joy, even in the small moments.”
