My main goal is to co-author an article that makes practical, impactful recommendations for transforming the legal industry to be more inclusive for persons with disabilities, especially the blind community.

The article could focus on:

• Access to legal education (accessible study materials, assistive technologies)

• Accessibility in the workplace (policies for reasonable accommodation, inclusive recruitment)

• Representation in leadership & policy-making

• Technological innovation for accessibility

• Awareness and training for sighted colleagues
