One habit that has really helped me strengthen my mental health is writing in a journal every day. Even if it’s just for 5 minutes, I jot down what I’m feeling, what I’m grateful for, and what stressed me out that day. It helps me make sense of my thoughts instead of letting them swirl around in my head. After a while, I notice I feel calmer, more focused, and better able to handle challenges.
