Monday - Helped a friend with relationship advice. Reminded her of her worth.
Tuesday - Helped a friend for two hours to look for their dog, which was stolen from their home.
Wednesday - Assisted my in- laws who are elderly with cooking and preparation for an annual prayer
Thursday - Shared a fundraising post for an animal shelter in Durban.
Friday - Thanked my husband for helping me cook and prepare for my annual prayer. Showing gratitude and appreciation for everything, he does for me makes him happy.
Saturday - Complimented and comforted the cashier at the local store we frequent as she was insulted and verbally abused by a very rude shopper. She felt a lot better after.
Sunday - A frustrated stranger confided in me about a problem they are experiencing after I asked them if they were ok at the mall. As I am an empath, I could understand what they were feeling. All they really wanted was for someone to just listen to them vent. I listened and offered advice as best I could
