Scenario: Why do I sometimes leave things to do at the last minute.
Because I want to accomplish too many things at once.
I take on too much thinking it can be accomplished
I dont want to say no to people.
I feel they are my customers and I feel obligated to providing a service to them.
Should they not be proactive and place their orders in earlier?
My one minute pitch for a restaurant idea:

Why cant i say No?
- I feel I am obligated to providing a service to them.

- I need to communicate my cut off times to them and remind them about the advance orders.
