Scenario: Why do I sometimes leave things to do at the last minute.

Because I want to accomplish too many things at once.

I take on too much thinking it can be accomplished

I dont want to say no to people.

I feel they are my customers and I feel obligated to providing a service to them.

Should they not be proactive and place their orders in earlier?

  • Because I want to accomplish too many things at once.

Why do I want to do too many things at once?

Why do I take on too much?

  • Because I dont want to say no to my regular customers

Why cant i say No?

  • I feel I am obligated to providing a service to them.

Why cant they order in advance?

  • I need to communicate my cut off times to them and remind them about the advance orders.
