What beliefs of success have I let go of during this programme?
During this programme, I’ve let go of the belief that success is only measured by external achievements — things like status, recognition, or reaching a certain milestone by a specific age. I used to think success meant constantly proving myself to others. But I’ve learned that true success isn’t about perfection or comparison; it’s about progress, purpose, and peace. I’ve let go of the pressure to “have it all figured out” and accepted that growth happens in phases — and that’s perfectly okay.
What new definitions of success have I created for myself?
Now, I define success as living in alignment with my values and feeling fulfilled in who I’m becoming. Success, to me, means showing up with honesty, compassion, and resilience — even when things get hard. It’s about nurturing meaningful relationships, being kind to myself, and contributing to something bigger than me. I’ve realized that success doesn’t have to look loud or flashy — sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and deeply personal.
How have I grown mentally, emotionally, or spiritually while moving through the programme?
Mentally, I’ve become more self-aware and open-minded. Emotionally, I’ve learned to sit with discomfort instead of running from it, understanding that healing and growth often come from the same place. Spiritually, I’ve reconnected with my sense of purpose — realizing that everything I go through, even the challenges, shapes me into someone stronger and more grounded. I’ve grown to trust the timing of my life and to have faith in the person I’m becoming.
What surprised me about myself while reflecting on these ideas?
What surprised me most was how resilient and adaptable I truly am. I didn’t realize how much strength I’ve built from past challenges until I took a step back and reflected on it. I also discovered that I’m capable of far more emotional depth and understanding than I used to give myself credit for. I’ve learned that vulnerability doesn’t make me weak — it makes me real, and it helps me connect more deeply with others.
What is one small shift I can make today to start living the life I truly want?
One small shift I can make today is to practice intentional self-reflection each morning — taking a few minutes to ground myself, set an intention for the day, and remind myself of what truly matters. By starting each day with clarity and gratitude, I can align my actions with my values and move closer to the life I want — one that’s rooted in authenticity, balance, and purpose.
