Each evening, I planned the next day by assigning specific time slots for tasks, including work, exercise, and leisure. This approach helped me stay focused and reduced my tendency to multitask. By the end of the week, I felt more accomplished and less anxious because I could visually track my progress and anticipate free moments without guilt.
