Reliability: Having reliable staff takes a great amount of stress from the business owner and knowing that the business can run efficiently in times when you cannot be present 100%
Practice setting boundaries:
To me its important to set boundaries when to commence and end work and also how much of orders to accept as I want to deliver the best service to my clients and in order for me to do that i have to put in the time to make sure the preparation and outcome of my delivery is good.
I want to have ample time to rest as I would not want to experience burnout and fall ill.
