Get comfortable – sit or lie down, relax your body.

Focus on your breath – notice inhaling and exhaling, breathe slowly.

Body scan – pay attention to sensations from toes to head.

Observe thoughts – watch them pass without judgment.

Expand awareness – notice sounds, smells, and surroundings.

Close gently – take a deep breath, move fingers/toes, open eyes.
