Take a few slow breaths and begin walking at half your normal pace, paying full attention to the sensation of each step the way your heel meets the ground, how your foot rolls forward, and how your toes lift. As you move, notice what you see, hear, and feel around you without judgment. Let your breath flow naturally and sync it gently with your steps. If your mind wanders, simply return your focus to your feet and your breath. After a few minutes, pause, feel the ground beneath you, and silently acknowledge: “I am here, I am grounded, I am enough.”
