Mask: The “I’m okay” mask – I often pretend that everything is fine, even when I feel tired, overwhelmed, or hurt. I do it to avoid worrying others or showing vulnerability.

What dropping it would look like:
It would mean allowing myself to be honest about how I feel — saying “I’m struggling today” instead of hiding behind a smile. Dropping the mask would bring more real connections, more support, and a lighter heart because I wouldn’t have to pretend. It would be a step toward being fully authentic and kind to myself.
