I identified three areas in my life that currently feel out of sync. First, I often struggle with maintaining a balanced daily routine, which leaves me feeling rushed and mentally scattered. Second, my physical wellness habits particularly regular exercise and consistent meal planning are not where I want them to be. Third, I have been postponing creative projects that excite me, which creates a sense of stagnation. To address these areas, I plan to implement three immediate shifts: introducing a simple morning routine with scheduled breaks, committing to three workout sessions per week, and dedicating one hour every weekend to a personal creative project.
